| Purpose of the meeting Meeting of the Solid Waste Fee Structure Stakeholder Group. The group has been established to review and make recommendations to the Secretary of Natural Resources and Chairs of the Senate Finance and House Appropriations Committees concerning the appropriate solid waste fee structure for funding a portion of the department’s direct solid waste program and efficiencies in containing permit costs pursuant to Item 354 of House Bill 30 (Acts of Assembly, Chapter 874, 2010 Session). | |
