Purpose of legislation
The State Board of Health shall promulgate regulations to require hospitals to begin reporting data relating to incidents of workplace violence to the Department of Health on an annual basis. Requires hospitals to establish workplace violence reporting systems. Requires hospitals to submit an annual report of aggregated data collected by the workplace violence reporting system.
