Purpose of legislation
This legislation amends the Charitable Gaming Law, in part, to authorize the Department to issue a temporary permit to certain qualified organizations to sell instant bingo, pull-tabs, or seal cards upon premises located anywhere in the Commonwealth during a convention, conference, or related event held by the organization’s affiliated state, regional, or national organization.
