Registration of certain organizations conducting charitable gaming

Purpose of legislation
This legislation amends the Charitable Gaming Law, in part, to require the Department to (i) issue registrations for those organizations that generate or anticipate generating $40,000 or less in charitable gaming gross receipts for no more than seven calendar days per year and (ii) allow the sale of instant bingo, pull tabs, and seal cards dispensed by mechanical equipment during certain annual fundraising events.
