Amending regulations in accordance with Task Force recommendations

Purpose of legislation
Convene a State Health Services Plan Task Force to create the State Health Services Plan. Requires that recommendations for a comprehensive State Health Services Plan shall be developed by November 1, 2020 for adoption by the Board of Health. Requires that the State Health Services Plan shall be updated every 2 years and reviewed annually. Information concerning the process by which the plan is created, and concerning the process by which projects are reviewed, shall be posted on the Virginia Department of Health’s (VDH) website.
