On 2/19/2021 the board requested that this
emergency stage be extended until 12/28/2021.
Reason for Extension:
This emergency regulation, which authorizes patients to use a registered agent, to obtain does of medical cannabis, will expire on 6/29/21. The comment period on the proposed regulation ends on 4/30/21, and the earliest the Board can adopt a final regulation is 6/4/21. Therefore, the emergency regulation will expire before executive branch review has been completed and the regulation has been filed with the Register.
This emergency extension request was approved by the Governor's office on 6/17/2021.
