Reason for Extension:
DMAS is requesting this emergency regulation be extended until October 14, 2021 for the following reason: This extension is required in order to continue to allow hospitals to administer presumptive eligibility activities for individuals covered through Medicaid expansion.
This emergency extension request was approved by the Governor's office on 3/12/2021.
