Stage:
On 3/1/2019 the board requested that this
emergency stage be extended until 12/17/2019.
Reason for Extension:
The emergency regulation expires on 6/17/2019. The final stage was filed on 3/1/2019. Even though there have been no changes from the proposed (and no public comments including at a public hearing) and there is no OAG review, the window if very tight for final approval before expiration. Therefore, we request an extension of the emergency.
This emergency extension request was approved by the Governor's office on 6/4/2019.
