Stage:
On 2/8/2019 the board requested that this
emergency stage be extended until 10/28/2019.
Reason for Extension:
Emergency regulations expire on April 29, 2019. A 6-month extension is necessary because permanent regulations will not be effective by that date. The replacement regulations are at the proposed stage with a comment period from 2/4/19 to 4/6/19. Final regulations will have to be adopted after that date.
This emergency extension request was approved by the Governor's office on 4/22/2019.
