I would like to lend my support to the proposed regulations of poultry litter. I am an avid fisherman and boater who enjoys fishing the Shenandoah and the Chesapeake Bay. I recognize the importance of regulating the amount of nitrogen and phosphorus that is being dumped into the rivers of the Chesapeake Bay watershed. Please support this important regulation to help protect Virginia's rivers.
