12VAC5-71-30 Add X-ALD and SMA to the VA Newborn Screening Panel
It’s incredibly important to detect genetic abnormalities in newborns as soon as possible and this screening would truly help families with x-linked conditions. Therefore, I support the proposal to add X-ALD and SMA to the Virginia Newborn Screening Panel.
