The role of the school, both administrators and teachers is to come alongside  parents and partner with them, not usurp their role. These are very disturbing recommendations, as it is not the role of the school to teach right/wrong, world view, political ideology etc. The focus of school should center around reading, writing, arithmetics etc without bias, and with the entire community in mind. This is an abuse of power and taking advantage of young, vulnerable minds. Another step in the wrong direction, forcing parents to remove students from a public school setting.
