After reading some of these comments, it is clear that Virginia is long overdue for some CRT...decades overdue.  Of course if you go back 6 decades, Virginia was still desegregate, so that probably would not have gone over too well.  Louis L’Amour once wrote, “Throw a rock into a pack of dogs, the one that yelps the loudest is usually the one that got hit.”  Bring up CRT and the ones complaining the loudest are likely the reason it is so desperately needed.
