Although I live in NC now, I lived in No. VA for 52 years and enjoyed tubing down the Shenandoah River. It is awful that poultry litter has been unregulated and is polluting the river. I support all efforts to regulate what is poured into that river and on the Eastern Shore. It saddens me to think we are destroying something so beautiful. Cindy Meranda
