Our entire family,  which includes my wife along with my son and daughter, aunts, uncles, and cousins, uses and enjoys the Shenandoah River for fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking and floating.  We also rent a lot and camp and picnic often on the river.

I view the river as a recreation and economic necessity for Virginia. Improving it's health should be a top priority for the Commonwealth.  Our entire family strongly supports the proposed regulation that will require all significant  poultry waste end users and poultry brokers to test their soil before they apply the waste as fertilizer.

Sincerely, Jay Cohen, Boyce
