I'm writing because I use the Chesapeake Bay, the Shenandoah river and many more to boat, swim, & fish. and I support the regulationof end users and brokers when they use poultry litter as fertilizer.Pollution occurs when litter is unregulated !Please help improve the condition of our polluted rivers and ensure that our healthy streams remain pristine by requiring litter application setbacks from sensitive streams, soil testing to guide application rates, application close to crop growing season, and better litter covering practices.
