As a PA resident, I've enjoyed Virginia's rivers and scenery for several years now and have spent considerable time and money in your beautiful commonwealth. Please pass this legislation as a first step towards protecting vulnerable natural resources. Commerce, and a vibrant economy are great things but they don't mean much if aquatic species are dying off and the water isn't safe to drink.

Please pass the poultry regulations and give me a good reason to keep coming back to Virginia.
