I strongly support the new regulation allowing concealed carry in State Forests.   I would also like to request that an additional hearing be considered to allow open carry in State Forests.  This would bring the State Forests into compliance with the rest of the Commonwealth's laws and the VA Attorney General's Formal opinion (08-243) that was published in September, 2008.
