Open carry on public land???? I want a hearing!!! Apparently our education system has yet failed us AGAIN!!!! It is a simple document written by educated men, that comunacated to the populace in simple , plain english . the rights and privlages of the American people. But yet some how our HIGHLY EDUCATED public leaders have lost the abilaty to read and comprehend the most basic princaples of LAW!!!!! IT'S called the CONSITITUTION !!!!!!!! And let me remind you the first 3 words are " WE THE PEOPLE" Now, what part of WE THE PEOPLE , do you  not understand.???????
