A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, to include within our state park boundries.  It makes no sense that I can legally carry my handgun on one side of a man-made boundry but upon crossing this boundry, I am in violation of the law.  Please correct this inconsitancy with the proposed regulation change.  Thank you for your attention to this issue.
