The State Board of Elections MUST follow current law. Changing the rules will most certainly open the door to fraudulent votes. Regular pieces of mail require a postmark, votes should be no different. Postmarks must be required for any vote received after Election Day. Such a dramatic change to the voting laws MUST require a public hearing.
