Have a public meeting/public hearing on this!

I cannot fathom why the SBE would attempt to re-write legislation and extend the time allocated for voting.

Ballots shall be postmarked by November 3rd, and a postmark shall be on the ballot.

Anything other than that is contrary to the legislation. That is NOT the SBE's purvey.

I have mailed myself a letter today -- September 25th -- from my local Post Office. I anticipate it will arrive Monday, and without a postmark.  

And SBE wants that to be a valid ballot?

Hold a public hearing.
