I am really dismayed by this clear attempt to open the door to confusion, chaos, and frankly, ELECTION FRAUD by changing the laws at this late hour without a public hearing.  Public confidence in our state government and elected officials is already waning--do you really want to add to that by jeopardizing the integrity of our election laws?
