Do not change voter regulations. Absentee ballots MUST be postmarked and received by 7 PM on Election Day. I have abided by this requirement as I served our country around the world for almost 40 years. It is NOT that difficult and maintains the integrity of the voting system. The people will speak if you decide on your own to change these rules!
