If mail-in ballots can be counted up to three days after the election if they don't have a postmark, then registered voters (or those using the identities of registered voters) can submit ballots after the election and still have them counted, since mail frequently is delivered in less than three days' time.  Those who support the candidate who received fewer votes on election day will be especially motivated to use this rule to vote (or illegally submit votes on others' behalf) during this extra 3-day for the candidate that is behind on election night.  Such a rule threatens the integrity of elections in Virginia.  As a registered voter in Virginia, I ask that this proposed regulation be rejected and that votes that do not have a postmark be required to be received by election day.
