Do not change regulations to encourage vote fraud!

You must not change the intent and meaning of a signed law (yes it is already bad law)! All return envelopes for absentee ballots are required by law to have a postmark by 7PM on Election Day.  You must ensure that ALL absentee ballot return envelopes have proper postmarks to verify that the absentee ballots were returned legitimately and on time.  You must not extend the return time to Friday noon, that is a very presumptive misuse of board authority! The Board of Elections MUST NOT change the intent of lawful requirements or eliminate or negate legal requirements by changing regulations! This effort is clearly an attempt by Democrats and outside interests to put the NATIONAL election results at risk of cancellation by providing a avenue for significant fraudulent ballots! The Election Board is expected by the citizens of Virginia to be non-partizan and unbiased.
