I am a Virginia resident and registered voter. Do not adopt the proposal to count absentee ballots received without any postmark or with a postmark that is illegible and thus does not show that the ballot was mailed prior to 7 p.m. on Election Day. That proposal is contrary to Virginia law and would facilitate ballot fraud.
