To the State Board of Elections

Say NO NO NO to the proposed regulation that would permit absentee ballots to be delivered to the office of elections after election day with no postmarks to prove they were submitted by 7PM on election day!

Number one,  the Board of Elections cannot legally change election law by regulatory action!

We need a public hearing!

This whole new system of counting ballots AFTER the election opens up all kinds of opportunities for fraud already without changing the rules about post marks!
