I oppose the proposed regulation action making an illegible or missing post mark on absentee ballots an immaterial omission!  The Board needs to follow the  current Virginia Code and only allow absentee ballots to be counted that were mailed on or before election day with an acceptable postmarks. I do not support allowing ballots to be returned by 7 PM the Friday after Election Day without postmarks!  Why the need to change regulations now, midstream?  This appears to be an attempt to 'FIX' the system.  The Board must maintain the integrity of the vote.
