I do NOT support the proposed regulation to allow ballots to be returned by 7 PM the Friday AFTER Election Day without postmarks! This proposed regulation undermines the state of Virginia's election integrity by providing a window of opportunity for any one, of ANY party, to create and return fraudulent ballots if they don't like the outcome of election night. As a lifelong Virginian, I am genuinely shocked that this is even being considered. It also seems to be something that the General Assembly should propose (or not!), not a regulatory proposal.
