RE:     Comments on the Virginia Lottery Board’s Draft Sports Betting Regulations

Dear Director Hall:

American Wagering Inc. d/b/a William Hill US, together with its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively “William Hill"), appreciates the opportunity to comment on Virginia’s draft sports betting regulations under Title 11.

We commend the Commonwealth of Virginia for enacting legislation and drafting regulations to enable legal, regulated operators to compete with the existing, thriving black market operators.
