Masks should be required indoors

The data that is currently available tells us that if everyone wears a mask, we can reduce the spread of Covid-19.  Cloth masks are not perfect, but are better than nothing; and their effectiveness dramatically increases if everyone is wearing one.  The potential benefits of everyone wearing masks far outweigh the minimal inconvenience involved.  If we discover months from now that masks do not really help, we haven't lost anything.  If instead, people are not required to wear masks indoors and we discover months from now masks would have helped slow the spread, we have lost lives.  In this moment, how can we do anything other than err on the side of safety? Virginia needs continue to show strong leadership on this issue.  The number of cases needs to continue decreasing so we can return to normal life sooner than later.
