There should not be a requirement to wear masks. If a person feels they are provided more safety to do so, then they can exercise that right. The requirements for what type of masks, how to use them safely and when are so skewed that it is not making a substantial difference. Protect those who are vulnerable,  and leave citizens to exercise their own choice in the matter.
