I have not spoken to one person that thInks what Governor Northam is reasonable.  The difference between phase 2 and 3 are ridiculous.  You can pick any arbitrary number for you capacity but the businesses will still fail bc you mandate 10ft of separation.....and now you want to make them punishable by law.  This is a mockery of the constituents, shame on anyone that continues this political pagentry.  It’s really disgusting.
