Please continue to follow cdc guidelines. Not just now in the summer, but into the fall. They are there for a purpose.

I’m anxious about opening our schools in the fall, both fully opened or partially opened. I will be at three schools and if I’m at work then my daughter is at daycare. That’s four environments that could either gives us a disease if protocols are not followed or carry the disease home to family members. I know that’s not the norm of teachers to work in three buildings, but there are a number of specialists that travel and while I take precautions seriously, I want others to do so as well. This disease isn’t going away until a vaccine is administered... so in the mean time - let’s take precautions, including wearing masks, and stay safe. For our students. For our school and public workers. For the families that we all go home to see at night.
