Masks

First out governor does not have authority to make “laws”. Masks should most definitely be used by those who feel they are at risk. Others willing to take chance should also have that right - similar to getting a flu shot or not. Similar risk of death and hospitaliZation.
There’s much more Known about COVID risk and treatments.  We’ve flattened the curve. Make masks voluntary for those who want them to protect themselves.  Better yet those can continue to stay home. If pro tennis players can play a singles tennis match whole  being COVID positive we should be able to grocery shop if we feel we are healthy and low Risk also.

Additionally experts cannot agree on masks benefits v risks.  Two servers where my daughter works passed out in the heat due to masks. One fell in the water off a dock. They should not have to wear a mask when ppl who want to take a chance go to a restaurant. Risks known. Risks taken. Stop forcing a behavior that we don’t even know it helps. Let those who believe decide.
