Stop mandating masks! The CDC can't even make up their mind on effectiveness. Adults are capable of keeping themselves healthy and using common sense.  Sick people wear masks, not the healthy. Wearing masks and adjusting them constantly is just a germfest. It's unsanitary and unhealthy, both physically and psychologically.
