Auto Repair is NOT the same as Retail, please clarify regulation

I must express my concern about regulations created in response to the now rapidly declining coronavirus situation. Regulation from agencies tends to be cumbersome, expensive for business, and ultimately places the greatest burden on the consumers least able to afford it.

Auto Repair shops typically do not have a large amount of close interaction with a the public, and even when we do we are always separated by 6 feet. We already wear face coverings as required, and we already use seat covers, steering wheel covers and floor mats in the cars.

The technicians work in their own bays, so they already physically distance as required.

Please clarify the regulation to place auto Repair in the "low risk" category.
