One needs look no farther than to see the surge in cases for states that opened without the mandatory protections of wearing a mask. Confirmed cases, hospitalizations, and deaths in those states are on the rise and many state and local governments are now requiring masks in order to try to get the spread back under control. Your so called "rights" not to wear one is a danger to you, your family, and everyone you come in contact with. It puts our ability to return to work safely in jeopardy and puts any chance of economic recovery at risk. Wearing masks are a part of the CDC Safety Guidelines. I support the mandatory use of masks.
