I find that EO 63, is quite a bit late.  Taking these draconian measures at this point in time, makes no sense.  The curve is flattened and the virus is waning.  60% of the deaths, occurred in, high risk locked down, nursing facilities.  The point was to wash your hand often, keep apart and don't touch your face.  Watch all the masked people touching their faces.   It is not an order made of science as stated.
