It is important that the board adopt the proposed standard with the removal of paragraph G, on page 6. (This paragraph allows employers to completely disregard the standard if they comply with CDC guidelines.) This paragraph would defeat the entire purpose of the proposed Emergency Standard. 

Please add additional types of workers to the "high risk" category, such as food processing and packing facility workers.  And provide the means to ensure that comprehensive reporting and record keeping be required to enable meaningful tracking of cases.  This supports the health of the general public in this health crisis, along with our dedicated workers and their families.
