Given that the state is reopening, workers are being pressured to return to work in unsafe conditions due to the coronavirus, and already thousands have been forced off the unemployment rolls for refusing to go back to unsafe workplaces. This is really sad and we could be ending up with more COV cases and even more people dying because of it. 
 
I urge the board to adopt IMMEDIATELY the proposed standard with the elimination of one paragraph, Paragraph G on page 6, which allows employers to ignore this standard if they comply with CDC guidance. CDC publications are only suggestions and this could undermine the whole purpose of this emergency standard.
