This is not constitutional! Not only does this impose on our freedom, it can create an environment for other health risks— like Restricting Oxygen and rebreathing in our own Co2. The moisture retention can harbor bacteria and viruses- like Covid19, which can end up in the brain. 
The masks need to go!
