Masks should not be required. Many people cannot wear masks because of medical conditions and the mask mandate makes it difficult for them to maintain their medical privacy.  Businesses often refuse service to people without a mask even if they have a medical condition. No one should be discriminated against because of their medical issues and no one should have to explain what their reason is for not wearing a mask.
