Masks should not be mandatory. While most people can wear them without issue, not everyone can. When you make them mandatory, with the exception of people with health conditions, you have now outed people with health conditions that are no one else's business. You need to protect the privacy of everyone by making masks voluntary. You would also be protecting people who need to see lips to understand what someone is saying.
