I'm a periodontist in Falls Church, Virginia. 

With the other doctor and staff in our practice we have served Virginians for over 20 years. Extension of the proposed emergency regulations to dentists and oral surgeons is not necessary as we already have incorporated new precautions to stop the spread of COVID-19 virus using medical grade PPE, gowns, and also made changes according to the American Dental Association and the Virginia Board of Dentistry.  We're already subject to regulations and inspections by OSHA, and Virginia Board of Dentistry as part of the department of health.
