If you want to wear a mask, wear one, but for those that don't feel the need, let them go with out. Think of the money (that the state doesn't have, due to the ridiculous length of the shutdown) it will cost to enforce this ruling. Stop trying to make Virginia look stupid and open our state and get rid of the masks!
