Right to conceal Carry

Hello,

As a female, and also the daughter of a retired police officer, I know that when I travel anywhere that I must be the one that is primarily responsible for my own safety.  Too often, women traveling thru parks and forests have been attacked, raped, and killed and I believe that since you cannot patrol everywhere, that you must allow all people to have the opportunity for self-defense.

Also, I do not believe that the 2nd Amendment is only in force in "parts" of America; it applies to all areas, and is particularly vital in areas that are remote.

Please consider whether you could protect your wife, grandmother, daughter while they hiked or backpacked thru your forests or parks.  I would say that it is not likely, and that you would be responsible if anyone were injured, and if you did not find them in a timely fashion, then you would be the one arriving eventually to clean up.  Please allow us to protect ourselves.

I appreciate your time and attention, and hope that you will envision your wife, daughter or female family members when you make this decision.  It is vital that we be able to conceal carry.
