I agree with these regulations.  It is very disconcerting that individuals on the job do not practice social distancing nor wear masks, when there is a higher likelihood of being exposed due to the population that we serve.  We have staff who are in the category of high risk if exposed, or living with someone who is high risk if exposed.  If folks would just honor the fact that others want to stay safe, we would not have an issue, but I think people may be more focused on their own needs, and not concerned for others.  I believe in freedom of choice, unless it puts other individuals at risk.
