Any and all statutes to restrict or regulate possession and carrying of firearms in Commonwealth Forests or elsewhere on Public lands need to be abolished as they violate both Commonwealth and Federal guarantees codified in the Constitutions and Bill of Rights of both entities and are an affront to all Virginians and Americans in General. Only  violent criminals, persons adjudicated mentally deficient, illegal aliens, and persons not meeting age requirements should be subject to restriction and  severe punishment in regards to possession of any weapon!
